Daily Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (OT possible)



Summary

We are seeking an Associate, Document Specialist to join our Managed Services Offsite team. The role involves separating and opening mail, prepping documents for scanning, performing some glass copies, and completing other duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to read and understand instructions in English and have basic computer knowledge for training purposes and future scanning tasks. The position involves moderate lifting (10-50 lbs), standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and adhering to company policies regarding safety and conduct. Experience in document management, scanning, or printing equipment is a plus.

Dress Code: Business casual; closed-toed shoes required. Jeans free from tears are allowed; no leggings, gym/active wear, or offensive graphic designs.



Responsibilities

Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction according to company standards by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents.

Maintain minimum PS+ standards.

Consistently prep, scan, inspect, compile, and assemble projects accurately and on time.

Meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and error-free work.

Achieve Time Productive statistics by meeting facility standards.

Meet company production standards by achieving Impressions per Hour (IPH) rates.

Maintain optimal machine performance, including clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil.

Report equipment failures using machine codes and maintain working knowledge of machinery.

Complete all paperwork accurately, legibly, and on time.

Communicate problems effectively and promptly to management.

Maintain an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors.

Perform error-free jobs per customer specifications using a KODAK Scanner.



Qualifications / Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic PC and typing skills.

Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining positive and productive relationships with co-workers, management, sales, and production departments.

Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible.

Ability to perform repetitive work continuously according to set procedures, sequences, or pace while maintaining quality and output standards.

Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, depending on work volume and customer needs.

Ability to work in a production facility with moderate medium to high noise levels.

Ability to handle moderate stress and maintain productivity for extended periods.

Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day.

Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs from the floor to waist height, carry 10 feet, and lower back to the floor.
