AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a Lease Portfolio Associate to provide operational support for managing agricultural lease assets within the assigned WA/OR region. This role focuses on lease administration, tenant coordination, and compliance activities to ensure portfolio performance and regulatory adherence


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, and documentation.
  • Support tenant relationships, including communication and issue resolution.
  • May assist with renewable energy projects, including managing construction activities and administering all post-construction requirements.
  • Monitor crop yields and property conditions; report variances to management.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and service provider activities.
  • Maintain accurate lease records and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare basic reports and contribute to budgeting for repairs and improvements.
  • Provide data for market analysis and acquisition reviews.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in agricultural lease management or farmland operations.
  • Strong understanding of lease markets, compliance requirements, and budgeting.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project managing skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and in teams. Learn quickly and adapt to change, organized and able to prioritize work responsibilities.
  • Solid demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills, to include writing and speaking in English and willingness to network with agricultural professionals within assigned regions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS tools; financial modeling experience preferred.
  • Work hours may vary and can include daytime, nighttime, weekends, or extended shifts based on operational needs.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to travel to with assigned region; ability to traverse rough and uneven terrain in vehicle or on foot; walk and stand for long hours.
