We’re searching for a USA-based Product Manager, Safety to join our Product Management team, so that we can drive innovation and commercial success across our Safety portfolio. The Product Manager, Safety will own the long-term vision, strategy, and performance of the product line, ensuring customer impact, market differentiation, and strong P&L alignment.

We’re searching for a USA-based Product Manager, Safety to join our Product Management team, so that we can drive innovation and commercial success across our Safety portfolio. The Product Manager, Safety will own the long-term vision, strategy, and performance of the product line, ensuring customer impact, market differentiation, and strong P&L alignment.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management to maximize commercial performance and market impact
- Build and maintain the product roadmap to deliver short- and long-term business objectives
- Communicate strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Define and execute compelling product strategies to drive customer adoption, revenue, and margin
- Manage product risks and issues to ensure successful delivery and market outcomes
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a SaaS company, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Success in creating and executing product strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes
- Foundational knowledge of Aha! and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
- In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development practices
- Ability to commute to travel within the US approximately once per quarter
- A knack for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
