Venture Fuels, a portfolio company of Nesnah Ventures, is hiring a Billing Specialist to generate customer invoices, resolve discrepancies from our vendors, and aid in other administrative duties as needed.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like
- Analyze sales invoices for accuracy
- Request and process paperwork for invoicing
- Assist customers with questions regarding their invoices and credit card settlements
- Call customers to obtain inventory levels and track contract quantities
- High School Diploma and minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work as a team and meet deadlines
