Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home personal care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will assist clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, and light household tasks in a safe and respectful home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide in-home companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Remind clients to take medications (non-medical)
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide preferred
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
