This role is responsible for developing, administering, and optimizing Quick Base solutions to support manufacturing operations, business processes, and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for developing, administering, and optimizing Quick Base solutions to support manufacturing operations, business processes, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems administration and a deep understanding of Quick Base platform capabilities.
Major Duties:
- Serve as the lead administrator and internal expert for all Quick Base applications used within the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain Quick Base apps, tables, dashboards, reports, and user interfaces to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with departments including production, quality, logistics, and engineering to streamline workflows and automate manual processes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance across Quick Base environments.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system access controls.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to users across the organization.
- Integrate Quick Base with other internal and third-party systems.
- Monitor application usage, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors promptly.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects by building custom apps or enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with Quick Base platform updates and best practices to optimize performance and scalability.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and department managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience of hands-on Quick Base development and administration required
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge of Quick Base formulas, pipelines, permissions, and data modeling.
- Proficient in database concepts and data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional integrity.
- Able to execute on multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

- Ability to read computer screens, email and talk on the phone.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
