Role Description

Joel Girouard - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Process payments and service customer accounts.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and provide timely responses to customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Pass background check.
• Louisiana Property and Casualty license required within 30 days of hire (must currently hold or be eligible to obtain). Licensing cost reimbursement available.
  
  

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
