Retrieve inventory to fulfill work orders, fulfill customer orders, receive product, and maintain computer records of all activities. To assist in monitoring of goods to ensure accurate inventory levels. Transport materials, tools, and documentation throughout all Click Bond buildings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transports goods and documentation to and from multiple locations.
- Runs work center detail reports. Verifies counts on receipts of incoming goods. Communicates with planners if necessary to adjust receipts. Proper storage of materials in designated storage locations of warehouse. Utilizes computers and other devices to complete transactions.
- Retrieves items from warehouse to verify count. Communicates with planners if necessary to adjust orders.
- Delivers materials to work centers.
- Obtains routine shipper sheet work center detail reports as scheduled. Prints customer orders and retrieves product from warehouse to fulfill line items. Completes required information on forms.
- Transfers goods to appropriate workstations.
- Assists manufacturing team with resolution of shortages. Investigates cause of shortages. Retrieve shortage goods from warehouse and transact in the system.
- Maintains stockroom in a clean and orderly manner, achieving a high level of 6S.
- Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
- Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate CB policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
- Other duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- General knowledge of inventory systems.
- Computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to write and read English.
- High School diploma or equivalent General Education Diploma (GED)
- A minimum of six months’ experience in an inventory, warehousing, or distribution center environment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- This is not a supervisory position.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to handle, lift or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, bend and reach.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds manually and occasionally lift and/or move heavier loads with assistance of proper handling aids and equipment.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- Work primarily performed in a standard office environment. If in manufacturing areas, requires protective eyewear and/or hearing protection.
- Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Communicates respectfully to all team members, vendors, and visitors.
- Models a positive attitude.
- Actively listens to others and supports the team environment.
- Asks questions and learns from mistakes.
- Executes tasks with minimal errors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attendance is consistent and meets or exceeds company standards.
