Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
- Help with logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Support the team in managing event budgets and expense tracking.
- Contribute to the design and development of event marketing materials and invitations.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and negotiate contracts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
- A passion for events, hospitality, and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
