Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude, as you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that support our daily operations

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
  • Maintain and update filing systems electronically and physically
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist in data entry and maintain databases with accuracy
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
