Hiring Experienced General Sales Manager to lead the team!

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience as a General Sales Manager REQUIRED
• Desire and drive to hit goals that are set REQUIRED
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to build a team and motivate a team of sales representatives
• CDK knowledge a plus
  
  

The California pay range for this position is $12,000.00 - 16,000.00 monthly.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
