This position plays a pivotal role in leading our agents to success in lead conversion, appointment scheduling, and overall performance. This position plays a pivotal role in leading our agents to success in lead conversion, appointment scheduling, and overall performance. We are looking for a motivated leader who can prioritize tasks, manage projects, and foster a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor Inside Sales teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Development: Provide ongoing training and development for current agents to ensure continuous improvement.
- Strategy & Analysis: Proactively analyze metrics to adjust strategies and achieve performance targets.
- Operations Management: Ensure effective appointment scheduling, territory allocation, and smooth lead flow by working with fellow departments.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor calls for quality assurance and handle escalated calls as needed.
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding efforts for new team members.
- Culture Building: Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture that delights both internal and external customers.
- Collaboration: Participate in cross-departmental initiatives and projects as directed by the ISC Manager or Marketing Director.
- Experience: 2+ years of call center or customer service supervisor experience is required. Previous Inside Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in a busy environment.
- Leadership: Excellent training and coaching skills with a proven ability to lead and prioritize effectively.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Location: This is an in-person position based in our Renton office.
- Schedule: Must be able to work evenings and weekends to support business needs.
