Role: Customer Service Representative (Heating and Oil)

Location: Danbury, Connecticut

Hours: 7:30 am-5 pm **Rotating Saturday Shift, half day**

Pay: $22/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, budget plans, and service contracts.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Provide a professional, courteous experience during both routine and urgent situations.
• Handle a high volume of calls – a standard day is approximately 75.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
