Molex in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst supporting our manufacturing operations, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, analysis, and decision-making to support business growth and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate financial insights, enabling the organization to optimize costs and maximize profitability.

Our Team

You will be part of a dynamic Finance team dedicated to supporting our manufacturing facilities and supply chain operations. We partner closely with production, supply chain, and leadership teams to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations.

What You Will Do

  • Lead financial analysis and forecasting to support manufacturing operations and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain budgeting and cost control processes specific to production and manufacturing overhead
  • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financials, providing actionable insights to plant managers and business leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing footprint
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership to support decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and supply chain to align financial goals and metrics
  • Support capital expenditure planning and post-investment analysis to ensure project returns
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
  • 1+ years in manufacturing cost accounting and financial modeling experience
  • Experience with Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
