The Upstream Product Manager will be a key member of the commercial team and is responsible for a broad range of initiatives to support the launch of the MISHA Knee System, the world’s first implantable shock absorber for patients with knee osteoarthritis.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of product management experience in FDA approved medical devices. Experience with disruptive and innovative medical devices desired.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the knee osteoarthritis market
- Serve as a product expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external customers
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement in product development and surgical techniques
- Develop launch plans and create educational resources such as surgical technique guides, surgical videos and demo models
- Participate in cadaver labs, become vendor credentialed and be willing and able to support cases in the OR as needed
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual publication plan to generate new evidence supporting the MISHA Knee System
- Help manage the end-to-end publication process including concept development, author engagement and manuscript drafting
- Execute market development activities to drive surgeon adoption at tradeshows, surgeon events, cadaver labs, webinars and more
- Develop and execute annual plans to gather voice of customer feedback to better understand our customers and identify actionable insights
- Stay up to date on emerging trends, adjacent treatments, and unmet clinical needs
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and surgeon faculty
- Own the long-term product strategy and roadmap
- Because we’re a rapidly growing company, the responsibilities for this role may evolve overtime

- Demonstrated success supporting product development activities
- Experience in the OR with a surgical-based medical device
- Proven ability to understand customers to develop impactful strategies and messaging
- Strong ability to evaluate clinical data and published studies, and extract relevant insights to guide decision making
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative mindset
- Self-motivating and action-orientated with the ability to accomplish goals individually and through teamwork
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to creatively solve problems
- Proven ability to plan, execute and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proven ability to competently represent Moximed at professional functions, customer meetings and conferences
- Ability to travel 40%
