Recruiter - Human Resources - Full-Time at Woman's Hospital
The Recruiter supports full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and engaging talent through social media, job ads, events, and career fairs. Builds strong relationships with candidates, colleges, and networking partners, guides candidates through the hiring process, coordinates interviews, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborates with HR and hiring managers to promote recruiting excellence and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
Requires High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field is preferred.
- One year of work experience in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements and supports the development and implementation of recruiting strategies.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process for assigned positions. Conducting phone screens to assess qualifications, interest, and fit, and guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with potential candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline, keeping candidates informed about timelines, next steps, company culture, and career opportunities while ensuring a positive and personalized candidate experience.
- Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Creates engaging and shareable content on various social media platforms, careers pages, recruitment materials, and internal branding efforts to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to align recruitment strategies with overall marketing goals. Communicates regularly with team members to share insights, best practices, and market trends.
- Plans, organizes, and participates in school, community, and in-house recruitment events such as job fairs, career expos, and networking sessions. Represents the company at industry-specific events to build relationships and attract potential candidates. Evaluates the success of events through metrics and feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Monitors and updates the recruitment marketing and events budget, reconciles invoices, ensures timely payments, and partners with A/P on payment inquiries as needed.
- Provides backup support to the Talent Acquisition Partner as needed, including extending candidate offers, supporting onboarding activities, and coordinating and participating in interviews.
- Participates in the creation and execution of employee engagement activities as needed, supporting initiatives that promote a positive employee experience.

- Full-Time (40 hour work week)
- Monday - Friday
- Onsite position
Compensation:
- Salaried/Exempt Position
- Range: $52,000 - $83,000
- Compensation is based on years of relevant experience
