Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee-owned company supporting multiple Intelligence Agencies and Department of Defense customers is searching for a Chief Growth Officer to join our team. This person will provide technical and business development support to both the DoD and Intel portfolio including missile defense systems, weapon systems R&D, aviation systems, test and training efforts, Directed Energy systems, Space, modeling and simulation, AI/ML, Intelligence analysis and weapon system exploitation, and cyber/vulnerability technologies. The person selected will be responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective customers including senior military and civilian US government program representatives and partners. The candidate will identify strategic teaming opportunities, competitive strategies, and position the company for upcoming opportunities. This person will help identify and capture of new work within new and existing customers pairing corporate capabilities to strategic growth areas, principally within the aerospace and defense market. The candidate will perform market analyses and assessments, develop and implement capture plans, gap analyses, and execution and pricing strategies. The candidate should have extensive industry networks and skills in creating strong winning sub/prime relationships, strategic planning, capture management and forecasting in the Government marketspace. Must have a proven track record in resolving complex problems with a particular sensitivity to solving customer requirements and a proficiency in planning, forecasting and aligning resources to meet challenging goals. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience working with senior leaders within the defense and Intel acquisition communities.

Required Skills

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technology related field
  • Use of CRM business pipeline management tool
  • Capture Management experience
  • Ability to provide ongoing formal and informal training and mentoring to drive career development of business development individuals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate growth plans and progress to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop solutions that meet those needs

Required Experience

  • Minimum 25 Years of related experience in Government contracting, business development , sales or related field with track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Experience working with budgets and resources and the ability to manage and allocate resources to support growth initiatives effectively

Desired Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Identification and evaluation of potential merger and acquisition candidates
