Marketing Campaign Manager at AppleOne Employment Services
Date: 6 hours ago
City: Murrieta, CA
Contract type: Full time
We’re seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join a digital marketing company on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave. This role is perfect for someone who can step in immediately with minimal onboarding and drive end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. While we have established processes and templates, this role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to design campaigns from scratch to support experimentation with new channels and creative approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and launch campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, and social channels.
Manage campaign workflows from ideation to execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Experiment with new channels and tactics to expand reach and engagement.
Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, operations) to align messaging and maximize impact.
Ensure seamless integration of campaign data across platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and other key tools.
Support lead management processes including segmentation, scoring, and nurturing.
Document processes and provide knowledge transfer at the end of the contract.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other campaign management platforms.
Ability to hit the ground running—prior experience leading campaigns independently is ideal.
Familiarity with integrations (e.g., ChiliPiper, Zoom) in a campaign context.
Proven track record of building campaigns from scratch, not just replicating templates.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
