What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with program stakeholders to author comprehensive program charters, defining scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, and identifying risks and dependencies for foundational programs.
- Develop detailed project plans, breaking initiatives into manageable phases and proactively identifying risks and dependencies to support smooth execution.
- Gather and analyze program progress data from stakeholders, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports to ensure clear visibility.
- Drive execution of program tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes while fostering inclusive practices and upholding brand integrity.
- Collect and synthesize data to inform mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation reports, supporting continuous learning and improvement.
- Facilitate productive meetings with clear objectives, structured agendas, and actionable outcomes.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise program communications in close partnership with stakeholders, ensuring information is well organized and easily accessible.
- Clearly document team roles and responsibilities across projects and, in collaboration with stakeholders, create detailed stakeholder maps to align expectations and resolve misalignments efficiently.
- Strong user empathy and understanding, enabling anticipation of needs and user-centered decision-making.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, fostering collaboration and guiding teams toward shared objectives.
- A continuous improvement mindset, consistently identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives effectively.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, building trust and navigating diverse priorities.
- Experience in portfolio management, overseeing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
- Sound technical judgment to support informed, effective decision-making.
- Strong execution and governance capabilities, ensuring alignment with standards and successful outcomes.
- Experience managing organizational change and guiding teams through transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear, timely, and effective information flow across teams.
