Host

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and capable of managing guest flow efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Join our team and be a key part of delivering memorable experiences to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests
  • Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed

Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
