Requirements

• Must be a NYS Licensed RN/LPN in good standings
• Minimum 2-3 years long term care experience
• PCC expertise and medication pass experience
• Serve as the leader of a team of nursing professionals including RN’s, LPN's & CNA's
• Will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure our facility maintains our high standards of person centered care.
• Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills a must
