Do you love keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping a team shine? ComForCare Home Care is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to be the backbone of our office and support our caregivers and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules & shift changes
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and HR tasks
  • Maintain client, HR, and compliance records
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and office supplies
  • Manage social media updates & engagement
  • Communicate with staff, clients & vendors
  • Provide daily support to leadership

What You Bring

  • 2+ years administrative experience (healthcare a plus!)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (50+ WPM a bonus)
  • High school diploma (degree preferred)
  • Positive attitude + love for helping people
