As a Physical Therapy Recruiter at FYZICAL, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified Physical Therapists (PTs) and related clinical staff across our franchise locations nationwide. This role focuses on talent acquisition in the healthcare sector, partnering closely with franchise owners to meet staffing needs and ensure high-caliber hires that align with FYZICAL’ s commitment to exceptional patient care. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of PT talent in a competitive market. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RECRUITING PHYSICAL THERAPISTS.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Identify and source top Physical Therapist candidates through job boards, professional networks (e.g., APTA), social media, referrals, and targeted outreach. Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to address current and future staffing demands across franchise locations.

- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidates' clinical expertise, experience, and cultural fit with FYZICAL’ s values.
- Partnership with Franchisees: Collaborate with franchise owners and clinic leaders to understand specific hiring needs, provide recruitment support, and guide them through the selection process. Offer insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for attracting PT talent.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and applicant tracking to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to streamline workflows and track metrics.
- Employer Branding and Marketing: Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies, including job postings, career fair participation, and content creation to promote FYZICAL as an employer of choice in physical therapy.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes, and recommend strategies to enhance talent acquisition efficiency.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to federal and state franchising regulations, maintaining ethical standards and accurate representation of opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of prior experience as a Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy roles and licensing requirements. Proficiency in ATS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to handle high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced setting.
- Passionate about healthcare and talent development. Data-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams. Willingness to travel up to 20% for site visits or recruitment events.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
- Experience with ATS
- Strong core skills including strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical proficiency
- Ability to quickly assimilate and digest information while making complex issues easy for others to understand
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to interact with various levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
