We are seeking a motivated and curious People Operations / HR Intern to join our team for a hands-on internship experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about organizational culture, employee experience, and strategic HR initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to core HR functions while working on a high-impact project that culminates in a presentation to our executive leadership team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
During the internship, you will be assigned a strategic project aligned with current People Operations priorities. You will:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support day-to-day People Operations activities including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.
- Assist with data collection and analysis related to employee satisfaction, retention or performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and HR alignment.
- Lead a capstone project focused on a strategic HR initiative (e.g. improving onboarding experience, designing a recognition program or process improvement.)
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation to the executive team summarizing your project findings, insights, and recommendations.
During the internship, you will be assigned a strategic project aligned with current People Operations priorities. You will:
- Define the scope and goals of the project with guidance from your mentor.
- Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on your findings.
- Present your learnings and proposed solutions to the executive team at the end of the internship.
- Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
- Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining clean, orderly and hazard-free work areas.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- This is not a supervisory position.
- The work is primarily sedentary, although there may be some walking, standing, bending, and carrying of items, such as paper or books, weighing less than 10 pounds.
- Work primarily performed in a standard office environment. If in manufacturing areas, may be exposed to noise, smells, heat, dust, etc. Work requires the observance of fire regulations and safe work practices.

- Asks questions and learns from mistakes.
- Executes tasks with minimal errors in a timely and efficient manner.
