The Supply Chain Intern will assist in the improvement of our vendor master database, while developing an understanding regarding the functionality of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Accounting systems. Assist in department process improvements including, but not limited to; new vendor entries, RNI, and invoice discrepancies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience: Current student in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance working toward a bachelor’s degree. G.P.A. of 3.0 or above preferred.
Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Detail oriented, with the ability to maintain data accuracy. Results driven, and able to meet deadlines. Previous ERP system experience is preferred. Effectively communicate with multiple individuals, across different departments. Maintain data security, confidentiality, and integrity.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

- Assist with updating vendor master database within multiple systems.
- Communicate progress with Supervisor and meet assigned deadlines.
- New vendor additions and W-9 retrieval.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
