About The Role
Bose Corporation is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist for our influencer / content creator partnerships vertical. This role will focus on supporting the management and growth of our influencer program, driving consideration for our Bose brand portfolio.
You will support the content creator lead with identification, management, and negotiation in all aspects of the content creator workflow.

Specialist, Brand Partnerships – Influencer Marketing
About The Role
Bose Corporation is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist for our influencer / content creator partnerships vertical. This role will focus on supporting the management and growth of our influencer program, driving consideration for our Bose brand portfolio.
You will support the content creator lead with identification, management, and negotiation in all aspects of the content creator workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships directly with talent, influencer agencies, and talent agencies.
- Responsible for identifying and evaluating new influencer talent, managing negotiations and ensuring timely execution of talent contracts and payments.
- Partner with department lead to develop long-term strategy for how we build and leverage portfolio of influencers across key verticals (music, sports, fashion, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to develop influencer activation plans to inform contract terms and content development and ensure partnership activations are aligned with business priorities and brand messaging.
- Assist with measurement framework development to help evaluate potential influencer partnerships and to evaluate performance of current influencer portfolio.
- Track cultural trends and nuance across key markets and leverage those insights to inform local influencer portfolio and activation strategy.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and KPIs with precision and professionalism.
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing—ideally with brand or agency experience.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing influencer partnerships and activations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for influencer marketing and music.
