You will have the opportunity to:

You will manage all internal operational departments, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities across multiple local sites. You will be responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards. You will collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest standards of learning and development. You will collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, customer satisfaction, and customer requirements. You will be responsible for local operations cost margins. In collaboration with cost accounting and customer-facing staff, you will set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down. We consider ourselves leaders in the supply chain, and our ability to ramp, change, and respond to market conditions is legendary. We expect you to continue to drive this aspect of supply chain agility for our operations.

- A successful, proven mentor with extensive experience in developing and growing high-performing teams in a rapidly changing environment
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement, cost efficiency, digital transformation, and productivity
- A "Hands-on" and strategic leader with an eagerness to achieve and deliver results, who will thrive in a diverse workplace and embrace our culture of equity and inclusion
- Highly collaborative by nature, transparent and open-minded, while maintaining a supportive work environment
- An influencer with the ability to bring awareness of complex issues and drive results and consensus
- A data-driven problem-solver with a tendency to be practical and innovative
- An excellent communicator with a strong sense of professionalism
- Thoroughly experienced in Manufacturing and Distribution, and print,
- Vision to develop and scale solutions that accelerate business goal attainment
- Superior communications and cooperative skills to effectively work with other cross-functional departments to fully support Distribution Center functions
- High quality of drive and motivation to nurture successful teams and implement change
- Leadership skills in developing and growing a high-performing, diverse team
- Proven ability to drive change
- Maintain uncompromising standards and deal with rapidly changing requirements
