Job Summary
This position will provide executive support to a member of the Harley-Davidson Leadership Team and may also provide administrative support to their Organization Unit Leadership Teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Major responsibilities include preparing reports, presentations, letters, charts, graphics, and minutes, of a confidential nature. In addition, the Executive Assistance will maintain appointment calendars, coordinates travel arrangements, coordinates meetings, reviews and screens correspondence, handles incoming email/mail and phone calls, coordinates special projects as assigned. Also assists with providing support for other areas of department as required.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.

Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the leaders complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials; take and distribute minutes for key meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls with discretion and professionalism.
- Support preparation of materials for board meetings and compliance reporting.
- Compile and analyze data for reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the leader, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive leadership and organizational matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all administrative processes.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and composition skills. Requires strong PC skills, including accuracy and proficiency in a Windows environment, including proficiency in spreadsheets, graphics, and software.
- Requires exceptional written and oral skills.
- Requires excellent organizational skills, planning and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines with outstanding attention to detail and follow-up activities.
- Due to the sensitive nature of the work this position will be responsible for a successful candidate must have the ability to maintain confidential information. Discretion and diplomacy are critical skills.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
