Responsibilities
- Provide specialized perioperative care for cardiovascular surgeries in the CVOR
- Assist with pre-op assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-op recovery
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain sterile techniques and manage surgical instruments and equipment
- Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with team members
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
