Director of Operations at W3Global

We're looking for a hands-on operational leader who can bring structure, consistency, and accountability to day-to-day operations while partnering closely with leadership. This person will play a key role in improving execution across teams, not just managing tasks, but building systems and elevating performance.

What We're Really Looking For

A proven operations leader who has owned processes end-to-end (people, workflows, and results)

Strong at building and enforcing systems, SOPs, and operational rhythms

Comfortable leading managers and frontline staff, providing clear expectations and follow-through

Able to identify gaps, address issues directly, and drive change without needing excessive oversight

A collaborative partner who can work closely with HR, Finance, and executive leadership

Someone who balances strategic thinking with a "jump in and do the small things" mentality

Background That Tends To Work Well

Bachelors Degree in Business

Experience as a COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or similar senior operational role required

Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization where structure needed to be built or improved

Strong people leadership and performance management experience

Process improvement, operational scaling, or turnaround experience is a plus
