About The Position

We are looking for a Manager to ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable storage and distribution of all materials supporting Chase Center, the Golden State Warriors, and associated properties. This role will drive process excellence, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency across the offsite warehouse functions and various operational locations. A primary and significant aspect of this position is serving as the lead driver for company commercial vehicles, making you the critical link responsible for the safe and timely logistics between the warehouse, Chase Center, Oakland Facilities, Santa Cruz, and other operational sites as needed. This position reports to the Director, Logistics & Warehouse Operations.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all daily functions of the offsite warehouse, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient workflows for receiving, storage, packing, and loading operations
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading, with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability using Warehouse Management System (Bear Tracks)
  • Safeguard warehouse assets and personnel by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing industry-leading safety, security, and operational protocols in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards
  • Maintain comprehensive warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational practices and policies that support both arena and basketball operations
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager, Logistics to ensure fulfillment for all event and basketball operations needs at Chase Center and other properties
  • Serve as the primary driver for company vehicles (e.g., straight truck, stake bed truck, pickup truck), ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods between Chase Center, Oakland Facilities, Santa Cruz, and offsite offices
  • Develop and manage efficient daily and event-driven delivery schedules, identifying cost-effective routing and utilization measures for staff and equipment
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by researching and recommending new logistics technologies, operational practices, and third-party vendors to continuously improve efficiency, reduce delivery time, and lower operational costs
  • Review, select, and manage third-party providers for specialized services or when overflow warehouse capacity is required
  • Support loading dock operations at Chase Center as needed, ensuring seamless alignment between warehouse and event logistics
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management; 2 years leading a warehouse/logistics team
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse safety standards, and commercial transportation logistics
  • Proven ability to safely and confidently operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and stake bed vehicles
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and complex problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and manage complex logistics operations in a dynamic, fast-paced sports and live entertainment environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and and modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within Major Event Logistics, particularly planning and delivery phases for large-scale arenas and/or sports venues

Time Commitment

  • Ability to work flexible and sometimes demanding schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

  • $96,000 - 102,000 + Bonus
