What You Will Do
- Work closely with carriers, partners, coordinators and management to understand needs and format reports appropriately
- Translate data into accurate and easy to understand specifications for partners, coordinators and management
- Present and communicate reports to partners, coordinators and management
- Present and communicate improvement suggestions to partners, coordinators, and management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data used to prepare functional reports
- Respond, process and properly document email and phone requests in CRM
- Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with partners, coordinators, staff and management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Hardworking and enthusiastic personality
- Must be proficient in excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Working knowledge of basic insurance practices
- High School diploma is required, some College Education preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and ability to navigate CRMs
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
