• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including assessments, treatments, and symptom management.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications following safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and report changes promptly.
