FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient experience who is passionate about 1:1 patient care and long-term professional growth.

• Starting salary: $86,000+
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

About the Owner & Leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy in a 1:1 setting
• Develop strong relationships with patients and referral partners
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
• Participate in light community presence as supported by leadership
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and patient-focused
