Role Description

As a Course Creator at Egotechworld, you will be responsible for designing and creating technology-based courses tailored for learning professionals and industry audiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include content creation, research, structuring course curriculum, developing engaging learning materials, and reviewing materials for quality and accuracy. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure courses align with the organization's vision. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in course creation, instructional design, and building engaging learning materials
• Expertise in research, content structuring, and curriculum development
• Strong writing and editing skills to ensure clarity and effectiveness in communication
• Familiarity with technology-driven tools such as LMS platforms and virtual learning software
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of technology concepts, trends, and applications in the industry
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered
• Previous experience in online education or training is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate
