Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our business by defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements and new technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, troubleshooting user issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP, MES, and PLM functionality and user experience.
This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring that data, systems, and processes operate with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the enterprise.

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our business by defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements and new technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, troubleshooting user issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP, MES, and PLM functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for ERP system support, addressing user questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT for resolution.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for ERP application.
- Analyze and map business processes to ERP, MES, and PLM system capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Partner with business departments to understand operational challenges and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Support ERP data integrity, system configurations, and user access management in coordination with IT.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, data flow diagrams, and test scripts.
- Assist with ERP project implementation, rollout, and integration efforts as the organization evolves.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting ERP, MES, and PLM systems.
- Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, testing (UAT), and business user training.
- Experience with requirements documentation, data analysis, and workflow design.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
- 4+ years’ experience in ERP’s development and implementation, specifically Odoo, Infor LN, Oracle, SAP, Syteline.
- Strong Atlassian product experience using Agile methodologies such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Works well on a collaborative and multidisciplinary team.
- Unafraid to speak up and ask questions and capable of formulating solutions or recommendations.
- Recognizes the importance / gravity of project timeline and milestones.
- Willingness to learn and operate under non-standard procedures, as necessary.
