Under Supervision, This Position Is Responsible For Establishing And Maintaining Paper Membership Files; Processing New Membership Applications; And Communicating With Group Representatives And Vendors, Area Office, Members And Other Departments.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months clerical experience.
• Experience recognizing errors and discrepancies in membership processing procedures.
• Knowledge of the Blue Chip and/or Blue Star system.
• Analytical skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
  
  

Preferred Job Requirements

• 1 year FEP membership experience
• FEP Direct knowledge
  
  

Compensation: $17.75 - $25.66
