Join Our Growing Team at B&T Building Services!

B&T Building Services is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us! We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Custodian in Pittsburgh, PA—a role that offers variety, independence, and the chance to be a key part of our dynamic team.

Why Join Us?

Competitive pay—$16.00 - $18.00 hour

Consistent Schedule: 5 days a week, 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM)

Flexible Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week

Paid Travel: Drive to various job locations (within a 1.5-hour radius)—gas and vehicle reimbursement is covered!

What You’ll Do

Travel to different job locations as needed (gas provided/vehicle reimbursement!)

Fill in for janitorial staff when needed, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment

Perform tasks such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and garbage removal

Work closely with the Area Manager to keep facilities in top shape

Bring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

Great attitude & communication skills

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Willingness to work a second shift and travel (you’ll be home every night!)

Adaptability to a changing schedule
