CardinaleWay Hyundai Corona is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Internet Director, who will lead the dealership's Digital Sales Department, focusing on converting online inquiries into showroom traffic and vehicle sales.

CardinaleWay Hyundai Corona is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Internet Director, who will lead the dealership's Digital Sales Department, focusing on converting online inquiries into showroom traffic and vehicle sales.

- Department Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the Internet Sales teams to meet or exceed monthly lead response, appointment, and sales goals.
- Lead Management: Oversee the flow of leads from all digital sources—including the dealership website, OEM leads, and third-party platforms—ensuring response times typically within 10–15 minutes.
- CRM Oversight: Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., DealerSocket) to track every customer interaction and enforce strict follow-up processes.
- Strategy & Marketing: Collaborate with marketing vendors to optimize digital advertising, and the dealership's online presence to improve lead quality and volume.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as appointment set rates, show rates, and closing ratios.
- Sales Closing: Assist sales managers and representatives in the showroom or via digital retailing tools to finalize deals with internet-sourced customers.
- Experience: Requires 3+ years of experience in automotive internet/sales management or BDC management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to hold a team accountable for metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of lead management software, inventory management tools, and digital marketing funnels.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for negotiating deals via phone, text, and email.
- Clean Driving record and valid driver’s license.
