Position Summary
The eCommerce Coordinator will support Good360’s online Catalog of donated products made available to our network of nonprofits. This position focuses on essential operational support and is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and have a desire to continue to grow professionally. A successful candidate is detail oriented and manages their time wisely, meeting weekly deadlines and producing content that effectively represents donations and aligns with Good360’s brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
- Create and publish product listings across the organization’s nonprofit member Catalog, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, and categorization.
- Upload product images, manage image quality standards, and ensure consistency across the website.
- Collect and organize SKU-level data, including dimensions, materials, UPCs, variants, and compliance details.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine fair market value of donated goods.
- Maintain and update product listings and categorization for availability and promotional changes.
- Assist with the management of daily operations including regular audit of Catalog quality and UX and maintaining organization of Ecommerce resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Catalog assets and language.
- Support ad hoc projects that contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Track record of working collaboratively with colleagues to meet shared goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate product data into member/customer-friendly content.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/sheets.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Box, and Asana.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) a plus.

Salary Range
$47,000 – $52,000 annually
Note: Compensation is based on a candidate's experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This range is based on Washington, D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data.
Work Location
Hybrid, based in our Old Town Alexandria, VA office (minimum of two days per week with Tuesday as an anchor day)
