Description

• As the Multifamily Project Manager, you will lead all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and field coordination.
• You'll partner closely with pre‑construction, superintendents, design teams, and ownership to drive projects from early planning through completion, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the client's expectations.
• You will also play a key role in risk mitigation, value engineering, and stakeholder communication.
• This is a highly visible position offering the chance to lead large‑scale multifamily projects that shape growing communities.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5-10+ years of experience managing multifamily construction (ground‑up preferred)
• Proven track record overseeing projects $10M+
• Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and RFI/submittal workflows
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across field and office teams
• Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and keep complex builds moving
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with high accountability
