As a Client Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting administrative tasks, daily operations, and coordinating service projects. Experience: Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in a revenue-generating service position.
Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Job Summary
As a Client Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting administrative tasks, daily operations, and coordinating service projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and has a passion for boating. Join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering excellence on the water.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and serve as the main point of contact between company and customers. Understand customer needs and communicate them to Service Manager. Travel off-site to inspect boats and provide service estimates.
- Administrative Support: Support General Manager, Purchaser, and Office Administrator with daily tasks. Assist with labor hour entry and review daily timesheets. Create and maintain SROs and reports.
- Project Coordination: Assist General Manager with boat storage, transient, and off-site calls. Generate work orders. Assist in new work estimates.
- Inventory: Assist Purchasing Manager with orders and materials. Create kits of materials for routine jobs. Receive parts and enter them into system.
- Financial Support: Review and edit work order billing invoices. Work with Office Manager to produce accurate invoices. Assist in project management to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Sales/Marketing: Provide general sales support during boat shows and marketing events.
- Other: All duties as assigned.
Experience: Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in a revenue-generating service position.
Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Proficient in basic office software.
- Knowledge of office administration duties such as billing and invoicing.
- Solid understanding of powerboats and terminology.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Marketing and sales skills, a plus.
