RVFIX is seeking an experienced Collision Outfitter to support our RV repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair, vehicle outfitting, and customization, with the ability to manage projects remotely, provide technical guidance, and coordinate resources efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about helping RV owners restore and enhance their vehicles.

Description
RVFIX is seeking an experienced Collision Outfitter to support our RV repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair, vehicle outfitting, and customization, with the ability to manage projects remotely, provide technical guidance, and coordinate resources efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about helping RV owners restore and enhance their vehicles.
Key Objectives
- Assess and review collision damage reports and photos submitted remotely.
- Provide expert guidance on repair, replacement, and outfitting solutions for RVs.
- Create detailed repair and outfitting plans, including materials, parts, and labor estimates.
- Collaborate with repair teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate projects and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all outfitting and repair activities.
- Offer technical support and recommendations to both field technicians and customers.
- Ensure all repair and outfitting processes comply with industry safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Continuously stay updated on new RV models, materials, and outfitting technologies.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in collision repair, RV outfitting, or automotive customization.
- Strong knowledge of RV construction, collision repair techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in estimating software and remote collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
- Reduced customer frustration and fewer returns or order delays.
- Faster technician workflows due to accurate and timely parts sourcing.
- Higher customer satisfaction through expert guidance and personalized recommendations.
- Stronger service outcomes because customers receive the correct components for their repairs or upgrades.
- Access to digital parts catalogs, vendor portals, and internal compatibility guides.
- Collaboration with RVFix Technicians, Service Leads, QA, and Training teams.
- CRM/ticketing systems for tracking customer needs and order details.
- Internal product knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Support from parts vendors, suppliers, and the operations team.
