Nature Of Work
The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in delivering data-informed, multi-channel campaigns that deepen engagement and drive growth across email, SMS, app, and digital platforms.
This role helps build and deploy lifecycle and promotional programs, manages campaign templates, supports segmentation and QA, and helps bring campaigns to market with precision and care.
Ideal candidates are both creative and analytical, energized by collaboration, and excited to grow into deeper lifecycle automation and CRM strategy as they help guide fans from first touch to lasting connection.

Examples Of Work Performed
- Maintain and build campaigns and schedules with consistent, high-quality execution.
- Support lifecycle strategy through performance reporting, insights, and ongoing optimization.
- Execute A/B tests and campaign analysis to inform smarter, more effective marketing decisions.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Typical Office Conditions
- Lift 50 lbs. daily
- BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in Marketing, CRM or digital execution roles
- Experience with Braze or similar ESP
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
- A sharp eye for detail, with strong QA discipline and organizational rigor.
- Experience writing or refining compelling email and digital ad copy.
- Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Confident in managing multiple projects in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across Ticketing, Events, Social, and Partnerships to translate campaign needs into clear, executable deliverables.
- Campaign Execution: Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns in Braze with accuracy and confidence.
- Reporting & Optimization: Create concise performance summaries, support A/B testing, document results, and surface insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Base hourly: $24-$25 per hour
