Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing projects and initiatives.
- Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks for marketing campaigns.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address general inquiries.
- Maintain and update campaign documentation, reports, and internal files.
- Help prepare presentations and materials for client meetings or internal reviews.
- Coordinate timelines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment.
