Responsibilities

  • Assist Test Automation Leads with Test Maturity Model Index (TMMI) assessments.
  • AI related tool research and/or implementations for Test Automation.
  • Light c# development as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation (wiki’s, articles, presentations, etc.).
  • Present proposals, recommendations, and findings to appropriate councils, teams, and groups.
  • Development and deployment of a C#-based test automation orchestration framework in Azure Kubernetes clusters using Docker.
  • Researching and evaluating tools and emerging technologies, including AI integration in automated testing.
  • Supporting Test Maturity Model Index (TMMi) assessments for development teams.
  • Preparing presentations and recommendations for technical councils such as the Global Architecture Council (GAC) and Tech Champions.

Qualifications

  • Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or similar
  • Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA.
  • Junior or Senior classification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Previous internships are considered a plus
