We are looking for a versatile IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain the company’s IT environment. This role combines network administration, systems management, Cloud administration and end-user support, ensuring reliable and secure operations across our business.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Connectivity
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, wireless networks, and firewalls
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability of network resources
- Monitor and update network monitoring tools and configurations
- Administer servers (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and storage systems
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies
- Support hybrid environments across on-premises and cloud platforms (Entra)
- Work with Cisco ISE and Meraki switches and access points, SFDC, Deltek, Microsoft 365
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, identity, and security)
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for infrastructure management
- Support migration and optimization of workloads on-premise and in the cloud
- Maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and access controls
- Support compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR)
- Monitor logs, investigate anomalies, and respond to security incidents
- Partner closely with IT and DevOps teams to support business initiatives
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated desktop and infrastructure issues
- Document infrastructure changes, maintain diagrams, and keep procedures current
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in network, systems, or infrastructure administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Cloud certifications for Azure (Optional)
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell)
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative and dependable team player who thrives in a hands-on, on-site environment
