About The Role

If you’re passionate about storytelling, digital content, and bringing lifestyle brands to life, this role is for you. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help shape the voice and presence of three award-winning winery and resort destinations. From email campaigns and social media to web copy and digital advertising, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating content that inspires guests to visit, stay, sip, and celebrate.

You’ll collaborate with a creative, fast-paced marketing team to expand our digital footprint, strengthen brand engagement, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the personality, elegance, and experience of our resorts.

What You’ll Do

  • Create compelling marketing collateral that supports our wineries, resorts, dining outlets, events, and guest experiences.
  • Assist in developing, executing, and managing digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Support print advertising and promotional materials that reflect our luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Develop content that captures the voice of the guest and aligns with current hospitality and wine industry trends.
  • Help define and maintain consistent brand messaging and web positioning across all platforms.
  • Grow brand awareness, engagement, subscribers, and leads through creative, conversion-focused content.
  • Write and manage content across multiple formats, including:
    • Email newsletters and marketing campaigns
    • Landing pages and website copy
    • Blog posts and editorial content
    • Organic social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
    • Paid social and PPC ad copy
    • Whitepapers and long-form storytelling pieces
  • Follow and apply brand style guides to ensure a cohesive look, voice, and tone.
  • Collaborate with designers, content strategists, sales teams, and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Build strong cross-department relationships that encourage creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Take on additional projects as assigned to support evolving marketing initiatives.
What You Bring

  • A passion for marketing, branding, and lifestyle storytelling—especially in hospitality, wine, or luxury spaces.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and brand voice.
  • Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a creative, fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute new ideas.

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
