Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitation, develop care plans, and manage NICU patients in a 24/7 setting.
Responsibilities include performing assessments, initiating treatments, supporting transport, and participating in quality improvement, education, and team activities.
Requires clinical expertise in neonatal resuscitation, airway management, line placements, and ventilator support. Non-clinical duties involve QA/QI projects, staff mentoring, and educational outreach.
Must have valid licensure, certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS if applicable), and at least two years of NICU experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are essential.
Position offers flexible shifts (12- or 24-hour), with no formal call duties, and emphasizes family-centered care and professional development. Scheduled hours total 40 per week.
