Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician, based in Middletown, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair activities, troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service support, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues
• Provide field service support at customer locations as required
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and issues
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Deliver professional and responsive customer service
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Strong field service and customer service skills
• Background in general maintenance activities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the automotive or related technical industry is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred
